The main challenge on this job was dealing with the special rules that come with working at an International Airport.

Henderson Place Mall

Main challenge on this project was securing enough specialty product during supply chain issues caused by Covid.

Royal Avenue

This building is a concrete, 15-storey high-rise located in New Westminster. It was one of the bigger multi-residential jobs we completed in summer 2015.

International Village

Another good client, we often perform ongoing maintenance such as pressure washing and bird spiking. We did some exterior painting of the metalwork in 2008.

Unifiller

This was one of the last exterior painting jobs of the 2015 exterior season. You are looking at Unifiller’s busy manufacturing hall in Delta.

Vanguard Painting Food Drive 2015

Thanks to all of you good souls for your generous food donations! As promised, on Friday Dec 11, we made a big delivery to the Covenant House in downtown Vancouver.

International Village II

This is the second time we have been contracted to paint the exterior of the International Village and surrounding metal work. We completed this project in the summer of 2014.

Variety – The Children’s Charity of BC #2

This is the second time we have done free work for Variety The Children's Charity. We always welcome requests to help out local charitable organizations. Dulux was also kind enough to provide the paint for this job free of charge.

Change Heroes

We recently completed some work for Change Heroes which is a social enterprise dedicated to funding community projects in some of the poorest regions in the world.

We donated the labour and Dulux donated the paint in this interior repaint of the Variety building. We are always looking for new ways to give back to the community.

Rosario Gardens

Rosario Gardens is a 213 unit, 2 tower high rise and townhouse complex in Richmond. Over multiple phases, we completed the exterior repaint and caulking repairs in 2012.

Lakewood Place

Lakewood Place is a 43 unit deluxe townhouse complex in Surrey. We complete the exterior of this complex in 2011.

Vancouver Convention Centre (Meeting Rooms)

Another satisfied client, we often get invited back to paint for the Vancouver Convention Centre when they need rooms repainted and freshened up.

Canada Place (Epoxy Floors)

We refinished the cement floors of the parkade with epoxy during the spring of 2011. Another satisfied client, we often due routine painting for them when the need arises.

Brandywine Lane

Brandywine Lane is a 59 unit townhouse complex in Richmond. We completed the exterior repaint during the summer of 2011.

British Properties Cedar Refinishing

We completed the interior painting and cedar wood refinishing of this 20,000 square foot British Properties home back in the spring of 2011.

Cambridge Gardens

Cambridge Gardens is a 177 unit, high rise tower in Vancouver. We completed the exterior repaint and stucco repairs in 2006.

Capilano Golf & Country Club

The Capilano Golf and Country Club is another long-standing client that we do routine maintenance painting for when the need arises.

GM Place (Rogers Arena)

This landmark project put us on the map in 2006. It was a very challenging job to say the least, everything from paint stripping, hazardous disposal, grinding to bare steel, you name it, we did it all.

Anmore Waterfront Home

We completed the exterior repaint and wood refinishing of this Anmore waterfront house in 2010.

Molson Canada

We completed the exterior repaint of the Molson Brewery during the summer of 2008.

Canuck Place Children’s Hospice

We donated the paint and labour to complete the exterior and interior of Canuck Place in 2008.

Amadeo

The Amadeo strata interior and exterior project was a 50 unit high rise in New Westminster that we completed over the spring and summer of 2009.
