Jobsite Foremen

The right foreman is like a superhero on the jobsite, cleaning-up problems before they happen, catching the villains of peeling paint and rotting wood, and rescuing defenseless kittens from dangerous trees. (well, maybe not that last part, but you get the idea.)

The right foreman is like a superhero on the jobsite, cleaning-up problems before they happen, catching the villains of peeling paint and rotting wood, and rescuing defenseless kittens from dangerous trees. (well, maybe not that last part, but you get the idea.)

Each jobsite has a foreman leading the work and you can look to him if you have any questions about the project. The first thing he does on a new jobsite is plan how to best tackle the project. He then leads the crew and helps the project run smoothly. Our foremen are trained in basic CPR and receive regular training updates for jobsite safety and reporting. They make sure the project is finished the right way, and all of them take great pride in their work (speaking from personal experience, it’s hard to match the feeling of pride you get from admiring a finished project!). With a strong foreman, good projects turnout great.

But a good painter isn’t necessarily a good foreman. This is where personality comes in. All of our foremen have been with us for years. Many even started with us as regular painters. We prefer these long-term relationships with our foremen to the short-term subcontractor model. Like all relationships, the longer you know someone the better you know if you can count on them (something that’s impossible to know with sub-contractors). For a painting company it’s important to be able to trust your foremen because they are the face of your company onsite and they deliver the final product to clients. With this in mind our foremen are selected for their skill, dependability, and expectations set over years of working together.

We hope this combination of technical skill and personal integrity translates into the best possible paint jobs for our clients. And over the years, it's seemed to be a recipe for success. To hear if our client's agree, click here and have a browse through a few letters we've received.
