Vanguard Painting Food Drive 2015

We at Vanguard Painting are always looking for ways to give back to the community.  This year we decided to work with the Covenant House Vancouver.  They provide a safe and nourishing environment for homeless youth to get back on their feet.  To help we decided to run a food drive to help provide food for the winter season.  We are accepting food donations from now until December 11th 2015.  If you would like to help us out with our cause please drop off your donations to our office or give us a call and we will come pick up your contribution.

Another Successful Epoxy Floor

Epoxy floors are one of the most difficult projects to do right.  When not applied correctly or if there was insufficient cleaning and preparation epoxy floors can have an extremely high failure rate and have to be completely redone.  This can end up over doubling your project costs.  That is why Vanguard Painting ensures the job is done correctly the first time around and guarantees satisfaction with the completed job.  We have done some of the largest epoxy floor projects in Vancouver which includes Canada Place. So if you are thinking about getting your floors epoxied this season give us a call and find out why people trust Vanguard Painting for a superior quality paint job.  Just check out the before and after pictures of the epoxy floor we just compelted for the Richmond Funeral Home, now clean up is dead easy!

Change Heroes

We at Vanguard Painting are always looking for new ways to make positive contributions within our community.  We often show our support of local charitys and social ventures by providing painting services to them at little or no cost.  So if you are the owner or trustee of a charitable foundation and need some painting work done give us a call today.

We recently completed some work for Change Heroes which is a social enterprise dedicated to funding community projects in some of the poorest regions in the world.  It does this by using unique crowd funding efforts that go directly towards community projects of your choice.  These projects are called Mingas after Mink'a which is a word used in the Andes to describe when a community comes togeather to work for their overall benifit and not individual gain.  If you would like to learn more about their company or how to get involved in their efforts you can visit their website here.

So remember that when you do a job with Vanguard Painting you don’t just get a premium paint job but you are also supporting a slew of local charitys and community projects!

International Village

Vanguard Painting has completed yet another complicated painting project this summer.  This is the second time we have been contracted to paint this building since we did such an awesome job the first time.  The International Village previously known as Tinsel Town involved many challenges in painting it.  We needed to plan boson chair drops into complicated areas, paint around fragile glass features, and dealt with city regulations and permits.  Overall the project was a great success and completed without any issues.  We hope that Vanguard Painting continues to be their first choice for all their future painting projects as well as yours!

Johnston Equiptment

Tired of your building and property not truly matching your company colors?  Well our most recent project at Johnston Equipment we did just that!  We ensured the closest possible match by using product match experts and representatives from paint companies as well as providing on building colour samples.  Now they have an amazing paint job where their letterhead matches what’s over their head.

There are many advantages to your building having your company colors.  It makes you easier to find, increases your company’s identity and professional image, and can overall enhance your brand and company culture.  So the next time you’re completing a painting project remember you don’t always have to use the same colours!

Mountain View Project

We have started off another summer season strong.  We recently completed an exterior multi-residential job in Port Coquitlam that we have been working on since 2011.  This was a multi-phase project which many strata councils prefer as it allows them to spread out the cost of a larger project and lessen the effect on their annual budget.  Our clients are able to request multi-phase projects since Vanguard Painting is such an established business, being around for over 15 years.  Our customers know that we will always return to finish the projects we start with no subcontracting.

We painted 145 townhouse units at this job.  We are one of the few companies in the GVRD that can handle a job of this size and with this timeline of completion.  We used a variety of tools in combination with our expertise to ensure the job was completed on schedule and to the highest degree of customer satisfaction.  Check out some of the pictures below and see for yourself why the Vanguard team are the people who you should be calling for your next painting project.
